After researching and reviewing a number of recruitment applications, I have narrowed a large list of apps to highlight the top 5 for SMBs in 2017. Implementing these technologies will result in an increased applicant quality, increased employee retention, decreased time to fill positions, decreased cost per hire and less work for you to manage and report.
My research is based on the app’s ability to serve as a total recruiting ecosystem – recruiting, onboarding, reference checking, and other HR duties that simplify the process. When researching, I focused on evaluating the following features:
