Twas the night before Christmas…
Not really. It was Friday, December 5th, but the festive holiday spirit, delicious good, and great company could have had me fooled! With our significant others in hand, we walked through the bustling streets of downtown Apex past the warmly dressed families and admired the holiday lights at the Apex Christmas Tree lighting as we made our way to Peak City Grill.
And with that, the night had officially begun! We celebrated individual successes, welcomed those who joined us this year and thanked those who had been with us the longest. We took a moment to be thankful that our friend and coworker, Melanie Halloran, totally kicked cancer’s butt this year!
Once dessert was a not too distant memory; we played fun games hosted by our Office Manager, Heather Ficquette. The first round was a trivia game to see just how well we knew our coworkers (guess who has visited the most states? Guess who has a dog named Chewbacca?). The next round, everyone joined in to play Jeopardy with pop culture and holiday trivia. We ended the night with some fun photos, hugs, and went our separate ways. And I am happy to report that a good time was had by all.
After a truly wonderful year at Technology Associates, we couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate with our team.
Here’s a few of the pictures from the evening! Enjoy! And Happy Holidays!
