I manage our entire service delivery team and day to day operations. Managing customer expectations is my #1 priority. I work closely with each team member to ensure we are aligned with our core values and positioned for success. On a daily basis, I ensure quality assurance by making sure customers are happy and that procedures are being followed. The best part about my job is building relationships with people.

I’m a nerd at heart. I love technology and I love people, so this job is the ying to my yang. When I’m not at work, I am usually doing some sort of renovation project on my fixer-upper home. I love entertaining, cooking, wine tasting, singing, reading, and spending time with my family.
