CARY, N.C. – Eric Hobbs, president of Technology Associates, a full-service technology support firm, has announced that Jeff Doggendorf has been named vice president of engineering services.

In this role, Doggendorf will be responsible for the engineer services team, the help desk team and the delivery of proactive services, allowing the firm to provide greater customer service.

For more than two years, Doggendorf served as network engineer at the firm, where he monitored and managed computer networks, diagnosed and prevented problems before they negatively impacted customers’ systems, and provided technical support and solutions. Additionally, he worked with clients to develop their Information Technology budgets and plans.
