The help desk team will focus on addressing customers’ concerns on their first call and will provide after hours support for customers as well.
“So far our help desk has been a huge success. Through the first quarter of 2010 or average ticket response time is just over 1/2 hours and we are closing over 95% of tickets in the same business day” said Hobbs.
