As Director of Operations, Melanie is responsible for managing the entire service delivery team and day to day operations the “TA Way.” She’s a huge player in the company when it comes to Human Resources, especially staff development.
Managing customer expectations is Melanie’s #1 priority, making sure we have the right people in the right seats to continuously move Technology Associates forward, nurturing and guarding our company culture and ethos.
Alignment With Success
She works closely with each team member to ensure together they are aligned with our core values and positioned for success. On a daily basis, she ensures quality assurance by making sure customers are happy and that procedures are being followed. From executing strategy, managing meeting rhythms, to encouraging teamwork, Melanie is a big part of the “glue” that makes Technology Associates the business it is today. She is dedicated to nurturing and guiding our team and keeping a pulse on of the company.
A Note From Melanie:
“The best part about my job is building relationships with people. I’m a nerd at heart. I love technology and I love people, so this job is the ying to my yang. When I’m not at work, I am usually doing some sort of renovation project on my fixer-upper home. I love entertaining, cooking, wine tasting, singing, reading, and spending time with my family.”
