Charles has earned a degree in Computer Information Systems from Wesleyan College, as well as, an Electronics Engineering degree from Wake Technical Community College and has since gained 20 years of experience in Corporate IT.

We are now elated to have him join our team as a Support Services Engineer.

Charles is a self-starter who has acquired extensive knowledge of hardware and software configurations, desktop management, windows patching, advanced troubleshooting skills and application coding and packaging.

As a Support Services Engineer at Technology Associates, Charles mission is to troubleshoot client issues and provide extraordinary customer service to our clients.

He loves learning new ways to solve technological obstacles and believes that there is a solution to every problem. Charles’ drive and dedication to our clients are what makes him such an exceptional addition to our Support Services team.

When Charles isn’t debugging code and unraveling the ever present complications of technology, he loves to listen to music, keep busy with yard work, and spend time with family and friends. We are all so pleased to have Charles working beside us, and with our clients, as we are confident that they are always in good hands.

Why Technology Associates?

We are small – even with the growth over the past several years, we still have that small company feel – everyone is expected to bring their best ideas on how we can better serve our customers and there aren’t layers of bureaucracy or red tape.
